A simple yet elegant charcuterie board for two, featuring creamy brie, nutty Manchego, tangy goat cheese, salty prosciutto, sweet figs, and a drizzle of honey. Perfect for a cozy night in.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 oz Brie cheese
  • 3 oz Aged Manchego cheese
  • 2 oz Goat cheese log
  • 4 oz Prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 3 oz Salami, sliced
  • 4–6 Fresh figs, halved
  • 2–3 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 cup Mixed olives (kalamata and Castelvetrano)
  • 1/4 cup Almonds, toasted
  • 1/4 cup Cornichons
  • 1 small Crusty baguette, sliced
  • 1 cup Crackers (water crackers or buttery crispbread)
  • 1/2 cup Fresh grapes (red grapes preferred)

Instructions

  1. Take the brie, Manchego, and goat cheese out of the fridge 15 minutes before serving to let them come to room temperature. Slice the Manchego into thin triangles, cut the brie into wedges, and leave the goat cheese log whole or slice into rounds.
  2. Heat a small skillet over medium heat. Add the almonds and toast for 2-3 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally, until lightly golden. Let cool on a plate.
  3. Halve the fresh figs. Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick rounds. Rinse the grapes and pat dry.
  4. Place small bowls on the board. Fill one with honey, one with olives, and one with toasted almonds. Arrange the cheese wedges around the board, spacing them out. Fold prosciutto slices into loose ribbons and pile them. Fan out salami slices next to prosciutto. Scatter figs, grapes, and cornichons in the gaps. Fill empty spaces with baguette slices and crackers.
  5. Drizzle extra honey over the brie and goat cheese just before serving.
  6. Serve immediately with cheese knives and small spoons.

Notes

If making ahead, prepare everything except honey drizzle and bread. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 4 hours. Add honey and bread just before serving. For dairy-free, use vegan cheese. For gluten-free, use gluten-free crackers and skip baguette. If fresh figs unavailable, use dried figs or sliced apple/pear.
