A quick and easy fruit tray shaped like a pumpkin patch using clementines, pretzel sticks, and grapes. Perfect for school parties, Halloween events, or fall gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 10–12 clementines (firm and smooth-skinned)
  • 1 small bag pretzel sticks (thin, straight)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 small bunch green grapes (seedless)
  • 2–3 ribs celery (optional, for fence)
  • 1 large serving platter or tray (at least 12 inches)

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry all clementines completely. Peel each clementine carefully, keeping segments intact. Set aside on a plate.
  2. Let cream cheese sit at room temperature for 15 minutes, or microwave for 5-10 seconds until soft but not runny.
  3. Dip one end of each pretzel stick into the softened cream cheese, about half an inch deep.
  4. Gently push the cream cheese-coated end of each pretzel stick into the top center of each peeled clementine. Hold for a few seconds to set.
  5. Wash and dry green grapes. Cut each grape in half lengthwise.
  6. If using celery, wash and dry ribs. Cut into 3-inch pieces, then slice each piece lengthwise into thin strips.
  7. Arrange clementine pumpkins on serving platter in a cluster. Scatter grape halves around them like vines. If using celery, arrange strips in a square or circle around the pumpkins to create a fence.
  8. Adjust arrangement as desired. Add extra grape halves for color.

Notes

Dry clementines thoroughly so cream cheese sticks. Let cream cheese soften to room temperature for best consistency. Break pretzel sticks if too tall. Can prep ingredients night before and assemble up to 2 hours before serving. For dairy-free, use vegan cream cheese or peanut butter.
