This Easy Sugar Cookie Fudge with Sprinkles is a quick, creamy, and delicious dessert that tastes just like a sugar cookie. Ready in about 5 minutes of active time, it’s perfect for last-minute bake sales, parties, or a fun family treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups (510g) white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces/397g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup (about 60g) rainbow sprinkles, plus more for topping

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on two opposite sides for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until completely smooth and glossy, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and immediately stir in vanilla extract, almond extract, and salt.
  4. Gently fold in ⅓ cup of rainbow sprinkles until just combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle additional sprinkles on top and press gently.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm. For cleanest cuts, refrigerate 3-4 hours or overnight.
  7. Lift fudge out using parchment handles, cut into 36 squares, and serve cold.

Notes

For best results, use good-quality white chocolate chips (like Ghirardelli) and full-fat sweetened condensed milk. Almond extract is the secret ingredient for sugar cookie flavor. If fudge is too soft, refrigerate longer. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
