A carefully curated charcuterie board for two featuring creamy brie, sweet grapes, and savory prosciutto. Perfect for date night or a cozy evening in, this board comes together in under 10 minutes with simple, high-quality ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4–6 ounces Brie cheese
  • 1–2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup red seedless grapes
  • 1/4 cup dried figs or apricots
  • 4–6 slices prosciutto
  • 4–6 slices salami
  • 1 cup crackers or crostini
  • 1/4 cup almonds or walnuts
  • 1/4 cup olives (Castelvetrano or kalamata)
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Remove the brie from the refrigerator about 20 minutes before serving to let it come to room temperature. Just before assembling, place the brie on the board and drizzle with 1-2 tablespoons of honey.
  2. Rinse the grapes under cold water and pat them dry. Leave them in small clusters on the stem.
  3. Place the honey-drizzled brie in a prominent spot on the board, slightly off-center.
  4. Fold the prosciutto slices into loose ribbons or waves and place them near the brie. Drape the salami slices in a small pile or fan them out.
  5. Scatter the grape clusters around the board, tucking them between the cheese and meat. Add the dried figs or apricots in small piles. Sprinkle the almonds or walnuts in any empty spaces.
  6. Place the olives in a small bowl and set it on the board. Arrange the crackers or crostini in a neat stack or fan pattern. Tuck sprigs of fresh rosemary or thyme around the board for garnish.
  7. Step back and look at your board. Fill any bare spots with extra grapes, nuts, or crackers. Serve immediately.

Notes

Let the brie come to room temperature for best flavor. Keep grapes and crackers separate until serving to prevent sogginess. For a dairy-free option, use plant-based brie or marinated artichoke hearts.
